Terms of Use

1. The service
Starlight Alchemy Defense (별빛 연금 디펜스, the “Game”) is a single-player mobile game provided by alyduho.develop (the “Developer”). By installing or using the Game, you agree to these terms. If you got the Game on an iPhone or iPad, Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
2. Accounts and saves
You play the Game without signing up. Your progress and in-game currencies are saved on your device, not on a developer server. Your save can be included in your phone’s backup (iCloud backup, Google backup), and you can move it to another device yourself with a transfer code from Settings. If you delete the app or clear its data without a backup or a transfer code, your save may be lost, and the Developer cannot recover saves stored on your device. Saves are not synced between devices automatically.
3. In-game currencies and paid items
- Crystals and Stardust are in-game credits for use in the Game only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or other currencies, and cannot be transferred between players.
- Paid items: Crystal packs (consumable), Starter Pack (one-time), Remove Ads (permanent) and Starlight Pass (1-month auto-renewing subscription). Prices are as shown in each app store.
- Crystals and Starter Pack items you buy are delivered to the Game on this device as soon as the payment is confirmed. If you paid but didn’t receive them, reopen the Game while connected to the internet, or tap “Restore purchases” in Settings.
- Remove Ads, Starlight Pass and Starter Pack are applied again when you use “Restore purchases” with the same store account. Crystals are consumable and are not restored.
- Relic Summon and Unseal give random results, and the odds are shown on screen in the Game.
4. Starlight Pass (auto-renewing subscription)
Starlight Pass is a subscription that renews automatically every month. While subscribed, you can collect 30 Crystals every day, and rewards from the free supply box are doubled. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends, the subscription renews automatically at the same price, and you are charged within the 24 hours before renewal. You can cancel at any time in the subscription settings of your App Store or Google Play account. If you cancel, you keep the benefits until the end of the period you have already paid for.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Payments and refunds for paid items follow the policies and procedures of each app store (Apple App Store, Google Play). Under the applicable laws, you may cancel a purchase within 7 days of buying it. However, cancellation may be limited for digital content that you have started to use or that by its nature cannot be returned, such as Crystals you have already spent or Starter Pack items already delivered; the purchase screen tells you about this. If a refund is made, the benefits of that item (Remove Ads, Starlight Pass) may be taken back. To ask for a refund, use your store’s refund menu or email us at the address below.
6. Ads
The Game includes rewarded and interstitial ads provided by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads play only when you choose to watch them, and you get the stated reward when you watch to the end. If you buy Remove Ads, interstitial ads no longer appear, and you can get rewarded-ad rewards without watching an ad. For how ad-related information is handled, see the Privacy Policy.
7. Prohibited conduct
Modifying the Game, getting currencies or rewards by abnormal means, and abusing the payment system are not allowed. The Developer is not responsible for any loss caused by such actions.
8. Changes to the service and liability
The Developer may improve or change the Game’s content and paid items, and will announce important changes in update notes or on this page. The Developer is not liable for losses caused by reasons outside its responsibility, such as natural disasters or problems with devices, operating systems or app stores. However, where the relevant laws hold the Developer responsible, those laws apply.
